1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

Reviews must:

• Reflect genuine experience
• Not contain offensive or discriminatory content
• Not be false or misleading

ALTR may remove reviews at its discretion. Reviews do not reflect ALTR’s views.

12. SOCIAL MEDIA

You may connect third-party social media accounts to the Site. By doing so, you permit ALTR to access certain information subject to your privacy settings. ALTR does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for third-party content.

13. SUBMISSIONS

Any ideas, feedback, or suggestions you provide become the property of ALTR, and you waive all related rights.

14. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND CONTENT

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. ALTR does not control or endorse third-party content or policies. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

20. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Arbitration Agreement.
Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules. You waive the right to a jury trial.
Arbitration takes place in Manhattan, New York. Class actions are not permitted.
If any portion of this section is unenforceable, the remainder will be enforced.

21. CORRECTIONS

ALTR may correct errors or update the Site at any time without notice.

22. DISCLAIMER

THE SITE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” ALTR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. USE OF THE SITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

23. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

ALTR and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount you paid ALTR in the three (3) months prior to the claim.

24. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold ALTR harmless from claims arising from your use of the Site or breach of these Terms.

25. USER DATA

ALTR is not liable for loss or corruption of any user data. Backups are your responsibility.

26. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using the Site, you agree to electronic communications and the use of electronic signatures for contracts and notices.

27. CALIFORNIA USERS AND RESIDENTS

If your complaint is not resolved, California residents may contact the California Department of Consumer Affairs.

28. MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and ALTR. Waivers, severability, and other standard legal provisions apply.
